Help - device not found
If you can not see your Aimicat on the device detecting page. Please do the factory reboot and try again.
Step 1. Unplug the device from the power, shut down the APP from the background.
Step 2. Keep pressing the button (don't let go) and plug the device into the power. Keep the button pressed until the device has beeped the start-up tune for 5s.
Step3. Open your APP and add the device, see if your device shows up on the page or not. Follow the steps in the APP to configure your Aimicat with the APP.
Notice: Some early sub-models of Aimicat can not use the APP (there was no APP feature when you placed the order). Please contact the support if necessary.
